Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Operations Manager to expand and manage franchise networks, drive student placement services, and support education counselling. This role requires a strong balance of business development, operations management, and partnership building.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Network Management: Oversee franchise operations and performance; ensure compliance with standards; support partners to achieve recruitment and business targets.
New Franchise Partners: Identify and attract potential franchisees; conduct market research; build and maintain partnerships to expand the network nationwide.
Student Placement Services: Establish employer networks (studios, corporations, HR departments); organize recruitment drives; connect fresh graduates with job opportunities.
Student Counselling: Advise students on further study options and enrolment processes; coordinate with training centers; achieve monthly enrolment targets.
Job Requirements
Vietnamese national, based in Hanoi, fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development within Vietnam.
Solid background in Business Partner Management and local market operations.
Strong ability to independently generate business opportunities through diverse marketing channels.
